Enter name, email, and order number, confirm declaration, submit. You do not need a customer account for this.
Receive confirmation
You will instantly receive an automatic confirmation by email. Within 1–2 business days, we will send you the next steps and the return label.
Return items
Return items unworn and in their original packaging. After receipt and inspection, we will refund to your original payment method no later than within 14 days.
Right of withdrawal – 14 days
You can withdraw from your purchase contract within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving any reason. It is sufficient to send this form within the deadline – the time of dispatch counts.

Voluntary return policy – 30 days
In addition to your statutory right of withdrawal, you can return items within 30 days – unworn, unused, with tags, and in their original packaging.
Return Costs & Refund
Within Germany, returns are free for you – we will send you a return label.
For returns from other EU countries, we only cover the costs in case of quality defects or incorrectly delivered items.
Excluded Items
Sale items and gift cards are excluded from the voluntary 30-day return policy.
Personalized items and custom orders are strictly excluded from the statutory right of withdrawal.
