Yes. Within Germany, shipping is free on orders starting at 50 †. For deliveries to other EU countries, free shipping applies starting at 100 †, and for deliveries to countries outside the EU starting at 150 †. You can also see directly in the shopping cart and checkout whether your order qualifies for this.

The delivery time begins after your order has shipped. You will receive a shipping confirmation with your tracking number.

Yes. Within Germany, you can also have your order delivered to a DHL Packstation or a suitable pickup location. Please ensure that you provide all necessary information for this.

If express shipping is available for your delivery address, you can select this shipping option at checkout.

Go to "Returns" in the footer under "Orders" and fill out the return form there. You will then receive all further information regarding your return.

You can return your items to us within 30 days of receiving your order.

A return shipping fee applies. The corresponding amount will be automatically deducted from your refund.

Yes. You can return items from multiple orders together in a single package. Please make sure that we can clearly assign the items to their respective orders.

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. You can return the desired item and then place a new order.

If you paid for your order with Klarna, we recommend also reporting the return to Klarna so that the payment can be adjusted accordingly.

Once your return has been received and inspected by us, we will refund the corresponding amount using the original payment method.

Depending on your payment method, it may take a few business days for the refund to appear on your account. If you still have not received a refund after 14 days, please contact our customer service.

The refund amount may differ from the original purchase amount due to return shipping costs, previously granted discounts, or partially returned orders, for example.

When using a discount code, only the amount actually paid for the returned item will be refunded. The discount code used is generally not reactivated.

Our jewelry is primarily made of Stainless steel in combination with natural materials such as natural stones or pearls.

Each piece is deliberately selected – small differences in color or structure are part of its natural beauty.

Our jewelry made of Stainless steel are waterproof and suitable for everyday wear – for example, when washing your hands or in the rain.

We recommend avoiding contact with water as well as chemical substances (perfume, cleaning agents, creams) as much as possible to extend their lifespan.

For sports, showering, or swimming we recommend taking off more delicate pieces beforehand.

Many of our jewelry pieces are nickel-free or labeled accordingly.
