How to order

1. Order the necklace and provide your email address at checkout.
2. Reply to your order confirmation after purchase and send us your desired text. Leave the order number in the subject line so we can correctly assign everything.
3. We will review your text and coordinate the layout with you if necessary before production begins.

A few personal words look best on the small pendant. Please do not send long paragraphs. Let us know any desired line breaks; we will coordinate the final layout according to the available space. Carefully check names, spelling, and capitalization before submitting.

You do not need to upload an image or your own handwriting. For this necklace, we only need your desired text; the front motif remains as shown.

We ship from Germany via DHL Paket International Economy. Orders are sent with tracking, and we email you a tracking link after dispatch.

• Orders of $300 USD or more: free shipping.

Returns for orders delivered to the United States

For United States orders, we accept returns only for quality issues. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or other reasons unrelated to product quality.

If your item has a quality issue, email support@nemomatheo.com with your order number, a description of the issue and clear photos. We will review the issue, provide return instructions and the complete return address, and arrange and pay for return shipping for an approved quality-related return.
