Returns for orders delivered to the United States

For United States orders, we accept returns only for quality issues. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or other reasons unrelated to product quality.

If your item has a quality issue, email support@nemomatheo.com with your order number, a description of the issue and clear photos. We will review the issue, provide return instructions and the complete return address, and arrange and pay for return shipping for an approved quality-related return.

Please contact us before sending anything back. Do not mail a return until you have received our instructions and complete address.
