PRODUCTION & SHIPPING
We typically ship your personalized necklace approx. 7 days after receiving all required, clearly legible fingerprints and confirmation of your personalization details. For style 1 we only need your desired word. Shipping time is additional; the estimate of approx. 7 days is not a delivery date.

YOUR DESIGN
Style 1 – Text only: one word in our designated handwriting font. No fingerprint required.
Style 2 – One fingerprint: a single fingerprint, without text.
Style 3 – Fingerprint + text: one fingerprint and one word in our handwriting font.
Style 4 – Two fingerprints – &: two fingerprints with a fixed & sign between them, without additional text.
Style 5 – Two fingerprints – Heart: two fingerprints with a fixed heart symbol between them, without additional text.

HOW TO PREPARE YOUR FINGERPRINT PHOTOS
1. Follow the step-by-step instructions in our photo gallery. You will need a pencil, white paper, and transparent adhesive tape.
2. Photograph the finished print on the paper with your smartphone from above, sharply and in even lighting. Avoid shadows, reflections, and filters. The fine lines must be clearly visible. Please photograph the print on the paper, not just your finger.
3. For style 2 and 3 you prepare one photo. For style 4 and 5 you need two separate photos – one per fingerprint. Name them clearly as fingerprint 1 and fingerprint 2.
4. Check the photos zoomed in before you submit them. Please use the original photos and avoid blurry screenshots.

YOUR WORD
For style 1 and 3 you provide one word. We format it using our designated handwriting font. You do not need to upload your own handwriting or font file, nor do you need to select a font.

Please carefully check your word and the assignment of the fingerprints. The product images show design examples.

United States

We ship from Germany via DHL Paket International Economy. Orders are sent with tracking, and we email you a tracking link after dispatch.

• Minimum order value: $120 USD. Orders below $120 USD cannot be completed at checkout.
• Orders from $120 to $299.99 USD: $9.90 USD shipping.
• Orders of $300 USD or more: free shipping.

Estimated transit time to the United States is 7–11 business days after dispatch. Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Customs clearance may cause delays.

Prices for the United States are displayed in USD. Applicable import duties, taxes and customs processing charges are the customer's responsibility. Any amounts collected at checkout are shown before you place your order.

Returns for orders delivered to the United States

For United States orders, we accept returns only for quality issues. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or other reasons unrelated to product quality.

If your item has a quality issue, email support@nemomatheo.com with your order number, a description of the issue and clear photos. We will review the issue, provide return instructions and the complete return address, and arrange and pay for return shipping for an approved quality-related return.

Please contact us before sending anything back. Do not mail a return until you have received our instructions and complete address.
